not fun ...
i am doin well today but last nite after work i binged on homecooked food...i dunn think i purged up all the fried rice though im not really sure i couldnt see rice grains, generally rice is hard to puke up i think it settles on the bottom of ur stomach =( i knew that but i ate it anyway it was irresistable...now i am going to pay for it (in my thighs....)
after i b + p i feel so hungry the next couple days cuz my stomach is used to the obscene amount of food i ingested...i have to work hard to fill up on fluids and fruits/veggies and eat small amounts to shrink it so i dont feel so hungry. it generally takes 7 days for my body to get used to eating smaller amounts. SEVEN DAYS. *SIGH*
today so far, i had fruit for bfast ( 1 grapefruit, some red grapes, 2 small oranges and a pear) and a cup of peppermint tea; 2 small bananas at school; hot green tea -------for lunch i had oven-made BBQ tofu and jerk-sauce tofu with raw cut carrots and celery and a tablespoon of sour cream, 3 pieces of cantaloupe. lotsa smokes.
i am hungry =( but thats cuz my stomach is used to the amount of food i binge on. .....um, i'm headed to the grocery store to stock up on food for the week. i am definitely not buying anything carb or high-cal, just frozen veggies, tuna, almond tofu and yogurt and maybe a couple tins of veg. based soup (the ones without rice or pasta in it ugggh) i realli luv pea soup but its 274/for 250g and the tin is 540g so i dunno....would that not make me lose weight..i'll skip it for now...i am trying to drink tons of water . i know it generally takes 3 to 4 days for it to show on my body i gained the weight from the rice, u dont eat sumthin fattening and gain weight the next day. hopefully the efforts i put into dietting right now will make it so i wont see any gain weight results in 3 to 4 days, if i eat veggies n fruit for 3-4 days (and tofu, for protein) maybe i wont gain the weight. if i eat anything more than that, anything slightly filling i know i will see my thighs get fuller and my butt get bigger..and my face puffier and i will have to just not eat at all to make the excess weight go away on top of everything...=( not fun. so hard work now pays off for later..=D
i am also going to do yoga in the gym today after school cuz i dont wanna be home with my stuck up roomates...
im so ooo hungry, i have to just do this ....i wish i didnt b+p last nite, if i had just gone to bed i would look at least a tiny bit thinner..niiice=) well lets hope 4 the best!
